Job Description
ARRT-certified CT Technologist - CT
Schedule
- Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights 18:00-06:30
- Weekend requirement: Yes, every other weekend and every other holiday
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of radiography/CT experience (may consider less with Level I/II experience)
- Trauma experience required
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT (CT and R) certification required
- Ohio state license required (pending license accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Canon CT systems
- EPIC charting experience required
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume CT scans, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Administer contrast and perform IV starts/venipuncture when necessary.
- Conduct trauma/acute care CT examinations (head, chest, abdomen), including CTA and vascular studies.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as 3D rendering and MPR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
Compliance / Notes
- Local radius: Traveler permanent address must be >100 miles from the facility to be eligible.
- Submission requirements: Candidates must be pre-closed upon submission; SSN and DOB required on file; include available start date and RTO requests.
- Pre-start requirements: Lab work within 48 hours of signing; EKG/dysrhythmia exam within 72 hours of signing.
- Attendance policy: More than one call-off may lead to termination; no-call/no-show = immediate termination.
