Job description

About the Role

We are looking for an MEP Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on our project in New Albany, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.
  • Provide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
  • Maintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
  • Ability to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.
  • Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.
