Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist with cardiac experience and STEMI call capability for a Level II interventional cardiology cath lab.

Details
  • Level II cath lab performing interventional cardiology procedures without open-heart surgery capability
  • Primary focus on interventional radiology procedures including angiograms and stenting
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week over a 23-26 week assignment
  • On-call required once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
Requirements
  • ACLS and ARRT certification required
  • IABP and Impella competency required
  • Cardiac experience required with ability to take STEMI call
  • Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
  • License required if applicable
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • PDF copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures including angiograms and stenting
  • Limited holiday RTO policy allows only 1 day surrounding 1 holiday
  • All RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
  • Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and subject to local pay rates
  • Permanent tax home address required for consideration
