Job description

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the strategic development and revenue growth of utility-scale solar PV projects across North America.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles for multi-million-dollar contracts with utilities, IPPs, and large developers.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts.
• Negotiate complex agreements (PPAs, MSAs) involving technical, financial, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Direct a high-performing sales team to achieve annual revenue targets and market share goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product solutions with grid-scale project requirements.
• Monitor market trends, policy shifts (IRA/FERC), and competitive dynamics to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 10+ years in B2B sales leadership, including 5+ years focused on utility-scale solar (100MW+ projects).
• Proven success with utilities/energy developers/EPCs.
• Deep expertise in U.S. renewable energy policies and financial models (LCOE, tax equity).
• Strong leadership experience managing 10+ member sales teams across regions.
• Executive-level negotiation skills with C-suite stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of PV module technologies and system integration.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ within North America.
