Position Summary

Armada Power is seeking a Market Analyst to research, analyze, and interpret market data to help our organization make informed business decisions. This role evaluates industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and economic indicators to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic insights that support product development, offer management, marketing, and business strategy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable coordinating across operations, engineering, and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on markets, industries, customers, and competitors.
    • Gather data from internal databases, surveys, public reports, and third-party research providers.
    • Analyze market size, growth trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Data Analysis
    • Interpret large datasets using statistical tools and analytics platforms.
    • Develop forecasts, trend analyses, and scenario models.
    • Create dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Competitive Intelligence
    • Monitor competitor products, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Prepare competitive benchmarking and SWOT analyses.
  • Strategic Insights
    • Identify opportunities for product development, market expansion, or pricing optimization.
    • Support leadership with recommendations based on market evidence.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Prepare presentations and written reports for executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, consulting, or strategy
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

The pay range for this position is below. The specific starting rate will depend on the chosen candidate's qualifications and prior experience. $65,000 (entry level qualifications) to $80,000 (highly experienced).
