Legal Receptionist - Entry Level | Estate Planning Probate
Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and ready to build a real career in law? DuPont Law Group is hiring a Legal Receptionist to join our Estate Planning Probate team. This is an entry-level role with a structured growth path - we promote from within and celebrate the advancement of every team member.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the first voice clients hear - answering inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Conduct outbound client follow-up to confirm appointments and gather required documentation
  • Assemble estate planning document binders for client meetings
  • Attend initial client meetings and capture detailed notes for the legal team
  • Enter client data into WealthCounsel with 98%+ accuracy
  • Scan and upload executed documents into Everplans per confidentiality protocols

What We're Looking For:
  • Exceptional phone presence and client communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual, and deeply accountable
  • A genuine drive to grow and build a professional career
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required
