Job description

Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! People who want to build long-term career. The success for applicant will be trained to market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. NO COLD CALLING. Compensation:

$62,000 base - $83,000 at plan yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and help families protect what matters most.
  • Follow a proven sales system with qualified leads.
  • Learn from experienced leaders through ongoing coaching.
  • Build a rewarding career with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Self- motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Professional with strong Communications skills

  • Driven to create long term financial success

  • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued

  • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred

  • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
