We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team for the summer. This role is critical in ensuring our department’s readiness for an upcoming organizational audit. The primary focus will be the comprehensive organization, filing, and auditing of employee records, along with providing essential support for the onboarding and background check processes. Primary Responsibilities

  • Audit Preparation & Document Management: Lead the physical and electronic filing of employee documents. Ensure all personnel files are organized, updated, and compliant with internal standards for the upcoming audit.
