Job description

ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider committed to delivering seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.

Position Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key Client accounts within ODW Logistics, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, high level Contract Logistics collaboration (as applicable), and continued business growth. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-value accounts that require strategic oversight, including business reviews, multi-site coordination, network optimization, and financial performance management. The Enterprise Account Manager plays a critical role in expanding client partnerships while maintaining operational excellence and profitability.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with broad and complex service requirements.
  • Serve as the primary client advocate, liaison, and strategic advisor for assigned client Operational Leadership and Executive contacts.
  • Lead Client Business Reviews (CBRs), executive-level client reporting, and account presentations.
  • Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, monthly forecasting, and account planning across managed accounts.
  • Develop and present pricing strategies across transportation modes and approve load transactions within defined authority levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, grow account revenue, and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Client, Transportation Management, and Contract Logistics teams (as applicable) to ensure alignment on service delivery and expectations.
  • For Integrated Solutions, build strong, collaborative relationships with Contract Logistics leadership, with a solid understanding of their operations, pricing frameworks, and organizational structure.
  • Support onboarding and implementation efforts for new and existing clients.
  • Analyze account performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities related to revenue, margin, and KPIs.
  • Manage urgent client and operational issues, including after-hours escalations as needed.
  • Support development, mentoring, and guidance of Account Managers and Coordinators.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the logistics industry preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
