Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a long-term career instead of just another job? ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn about the forklift repair and the material handling equipment industry. No prior forklift repair experience required; we will provide the training, tools, and mentorship needed to become a professional technician!

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Service Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues
  • Complete repairs under the guidance of a mentor
  • Learn proper safety procedures and industry best practices
  • Use diagnostic software and service documentation
  • Build relationships with customers through professional service interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Technical school education, preferred
  • Basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them)
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up-to 75lbs and work in various environments such as outdoor rain or snow conditions
