Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, SPICE simulators, PCB design software (such as Altium or Eagle), and basic coding languages is highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, initiative, and clear communication help interns excel in the dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
