The Final Mile Developmental Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Final Mile logistics team with coordination of daily deliveries to store locations.  This individual will troubleshoot any daily challenges, coordinate pickups & deliveries, prepare & publish reporting, and assist with special projects as needed. This would include interactions with 3rd party providers, 3rd party brands, and Bath & Body Works cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

    Oversight to daily transportation & final mile needs
    Coordinate reverse logistics projects for multiple brands
    Provide a high-level of service to all partners who include, but are not limited to, store ops partners, delivery agent terminals, distribution      center and Inbound & Outbound Transportation teams
    Compile weekly performance reporting, ad-hoc reporting, analytics, financial reporting, carton tracking, and follow-up as needed
    Audit, approve, and process systematic weekly payments
    Maintain rates in payment system; properly code, audit and approve manual transportation payments

    High School Diploma required
    College degree or some college class work in Business Management is a plus
    Transportation, Logistics, or another relevant business discipline preferred
    Prior experience in Final Mile Logistics, additional background in warehousing and distribution helpful
    Working knowledge and experience with technology and systems applications (Excel, Access, Word) is a must
    Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
    Flexibility with scheduling & hours, infrequent weekend support required at high volume periods
