Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employment changes, and off-boarding.

Assist with job postings and recruiting records.

Prepare onboarding materials, coordinate new-hire activities, and verify completion of required documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex matters to the CHRO.

Assist with timekeeping, payroll, benefits, leave, and compliance-related documentation. Prepare HR correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Support employee engagement activities, training sessions, meetings, and special projects.

Handle employee and company information with professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.

At least one year of administrative, human resources, recruiting, or related experience is preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or applicant-tracking systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

A professional, service-oriented approach when working with employees, candidates, and managers.
