Job Description
Title: Interventional Radiology Tech
Schedule:
- Shift: M-F 07:30-16:00 (40 hrs/wk) or four 9-hr days (36 hrs/wk)
- Call: 1-2 nights/week
- Weekend: Every 4th weekend
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Cardiac Cath experience preferred
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT (R), CCI RCES, CCI RCIS
- Familiarity with Electrophysiology (EP), Vascular, and Interventional Radiology procedures preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations (left/right heart)
- Assist with PCI/PTCA, stenting, and carotid stenting
- Conduct EP procedures, including mapping, ablation, and cardioversion
- Support in the insertion and management of pacemakers/ICDs
- Manage vascular access and endovascular interventions, including vascular closure devices
- Recognize and manage dysrhythmias and life-threatening arrhythmias
Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 40 hours
- Ohio fingerprinting process is required immediately after contracting
- RTO (return to office) is required with submission
- Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine NOT required; Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
