About the job:

Manager Expansion Operations serves as the point person for all matters related to MediGold's new product offerings and service area expansion implementations. The role will work closely with MediGold, Trinity, and expansion market leadership teams to manage relationships and ensure success of product launches and expansion activities.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for daily management of strategic growth plan.
  • Identify and manage all relevant tasks associated with the implementation of new product types and/or lines of business.
  • Implement Plan's service area expansions and provide account management to Regional Health Ministry (RHM) partners.
  • Develop, maintain and facilitate collaborative working relationships between all stakeholders.
  • Support RHM and MediGold leadership teams by coordinating and attending implementation meetings.
  • Work closely with MediGold project manager to ensure growth tasks are completed on time and escalate delays as neccesary.
  • Ensure best practices are established and implemented in future growth initiatives.
  • Lead onsite meetings with RHMs.
  • Maintain understanding of state specific and CMS deadlines and regulations.
  • Create presentations in collaboration with business owners to meet market need.
  • Coordinate materials for leadership steering meetings.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years program management experience.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Proven abillty to thoroughly grasp health insurance plan concepts, operations and regulations.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with proven ability to successfully communicate with mature customers, staff, peers, external organizations and groups.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage self and others toward goal in a fast paced environment.
