What You’ll Do:

• Identify and source qualified pilot talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, aviation communities, databases, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Build advanced Boolean search strings and utilize Google X-Ray searches to identify candidates who may not be easily found through traditional recruiting platforms
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to uncover passive candidates and expand talent pools beyond applicants actively searching for new opportunities
• Conduct targeted market research to identify relevant aviation organizations, competitors, professional associations, flight schools, military backgrounds, and other potential sources of pilot talent
• Build, organize, and continuously maintain pipelines of qualified prospective candidates for current and future pilot hiring needs
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking platforms, and other channels to generate interest and engagement
• Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness within Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, and HRIS platforms
• Partner with recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand hiring profiles, refine sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified prospects into the recruiting process
• Research new sourcing technologies, platforms, communities, and techniques while continuously testing methods to improve candidate identification and response rates

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of talent sourcing, candidate research, talent intelligence, or related Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong experience sourcing professional-level, technical, specialized, or difficult-to-find talent
• Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn sourcing, Google X-Ray searches, and internet research
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods beyond traditional job boards
• Experience building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines for high-volume or specialized hiring needs
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing platforms, CRM tools, and candidate databases
• Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand new talent markets and identify alternative candidate populations
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create personalized outreach that generates candidate engagement
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and talent pipelines simultaneously
• Curious, resourceful, and creative sourcing mindset with a willingness to test new tools, search strategies, and approaches to finding talent
