The company is known for providing outstanding training opportunities, mentorship, career advancement pathways, and competitive employee benefits Description Responsibilities Include: Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnover Manage and direct field teams, assistant superintendents, foremen, trade partners, and subcontractors Oversee all aspects of construction, including foundations, cast-in-place concrete, structural concrete, elevated decks, slab-on-grade, and site concrete operations Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently Coordinate manpower planning, sequencing, logistics, and site operations Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate trade activities Implement and enforce project safety programs and OSHA compliance requirements Monitor and maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documents Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges before they impact schedule or budget Manage site logistics, crane operations, deliveries, equipment utilization, and material flow Develop and execute short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and emerging field leaders Maintain accurate project documentation, field reports, and progress updates. Ensure successful project closeout and turnover activities.
