Job description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Review and close Dropship Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Process consignment POs
  • Track part escapes due to warehouse or supplier shipping errors
  • Investigate POs and verify receipts, which may involve contacting various locations


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Background in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College education
  • Experience with invoice processing, supply chain, buyer functions, or invoice matching
  • Familiarity with purchase order workflows (will train)
