Main Requirements:
  • Run errands for the team and leadership (supplies, deliveries, food pickups, etc.)
  • Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked (kitchen, conference rooms, office supply areas)
  • Help with miscellaneous needs and last-minute tasks across all departments
  • Assist with meeting setup and cleanup, including hospitality for guests
  • Support logistics during team events and firm-wide meetings
  • Handle small projects that support office organization, operations, and team workflow
  • Be a go-to helping hand for any task that improves team efficiency or culture
