Job description

Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies This is a non-personal services order to provide seamless support to Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate for Information Technology (IT), communication and computer management services including service desk support, desktop support, network support, enterprise services, web services, cybersecurity and information assurance support, communications support, field services, and specialized information systems support.

The Help Desk Specialist will work within the base User Services/Comm Focal Point team for all customer incidents and in support of the full client system lifecycle from deployment to remnant security.

Requirements

  • Client System Deployment
  • WDS/PXE imaging
  • Joining client systems to a Windows domain
  • Client System Delivery
  • Backup/Restore of user profiles
  • Configuration of user facing applications
  • Client System Troubleshooting
  • Printer/File Share connections
  • General user facing application troubleshooting

Additional:

  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
  • CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+
