Our 225,000+ square foot facility features research, production, and warehouse operations, offering extensive product filling capabilities, including:16 total filling lines7 liquid filling lines5 alcohol filling lines1 hot pour line with cooling tunnel3 tube filling linesSafety is our highest priority - you can feel confident knowing your well-being always comes first.BenefitsMajor Medical Insurance OptionsDental and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending Plan (FSA)401(k) with Company ContributionPaid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick TimeShift and HoursWeekend Days: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.Essential ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize all production equipment, tanks, lines, pumps, and piping systems according to SOPs and GMP requirements.Ensure production lines and surrounding work areas are clear, organized, and ready for the next product run.Handle and transport compounding liquids to and from filling lines, verifying correct setup for each product.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA, safety, and company standards.Inspect work areas and promptly address any spills, leaks, or safety hazards.Properly tag, label, and document equipment and areas during sanitation and cleaning processes.Follow procedures for quarantined or hold products and communicate with supervisors and QA personnel as required.Complete all assigned documentation and cleaning records accurately and on time.Participate in required training for GMP, SOP, safety, and cross-training programs to expand capabilities.Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall production efficiency.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous sanitation or production experience preferred; cosmetic or manufacturing industry experience a plus.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work for the duration of the shift.Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual a plus.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Physical and Work Environment RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.Exposure to manufacturing noise and moving mechanical parts.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.A Day in the LifeAs a Compounding Sanitizer, you'll ensure that every piece of equipment used in production is cleaned, sanitized, and ready to produce top-quality personal care products.
