Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment
  • Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
  • Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
  • Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred
  • Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
