Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Schedule: One-day sessions (each location hosts a single session)Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Music Production Instructor to lead interactive, one-day workshops for library participants. This session will introduce students to the basics of music production, including beat-making, sound mixing, and creative expression through digital tools.
This is a short-term, one-day opportunity ideal for instructors who are passionate about music, technology, and inspiring creativity in a group setting.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a 1-hour, hands-on music production workshop
  • Introduce basic concepts such as beats, rhythm, sampling, and digital audio tools
  • Engage participants with interactive demonstrations and guided activities
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and beginner-friendly learning environment
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive experience for all participants
  • Arrive prepared with lesson materials and any necessary equipment (if applicable)
Qualifications
  • Experience in music production, beat-making, or audio engineering
  • Ability to teach and engage students of varying skill levels (likely beginners)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
