Meet the Team

The Global Brand Strategy team is the architect of Cisco's brand, responsible for shaping how and why we show up in the world. Our job is deceptively simple: help make Cisco easier to buy, easier to understand, and harder to ignore. We are expert orchestrators, synthesizers, and influencers-the stewards of one of the most trusted B2B brands in the world.

Your Impact

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll lead the strategic lifecycle of Cisco's brand activations-from campaigns to events to product experience-to ensure every moment resonates with our audience. You'll pinpoint friction points in the market to uncover unique compelling tensions that only Cisco can resolve. You'll empower cross-functional teams to scale brand stories that feel equally relevant in a boardroom and magnetic in a 10,000-person arena. You'll pivot seamlessly between design critiques, financial reviews, research analysis, and strategic planning and keep the team on track. You'll seek the "why" behind every creative decision and refuse to settle for surface-level solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand strategy or brand management at a global agency or large-scale enterprise.

5+ years of proven experience leading brand campaigns and experiential marketing that builds brand equity in hybrid ecosystems.

5+ years of demonstrated experience navigating budgetary and operational realities for large-scale marketing projects.

5+ years of translating sophisticated technical or B2B concepts into clear, actionable narratives.

Experience working within a matrixed, global organization requiring cross-functional consensus-building.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct professional experience living or working in non-US markets.

Deep experience collaborating with non-marketing stakeholders like messaging, product design, and researchers

Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive evidence-based decision making

Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt global narratives for diverse international audiences.
