Job description

Primary Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures

  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Perform basic testing and verificationof assembled products
  • Load and unload materials from workstations, carts, and equipment
  • Maintain proper identification and labeling of parts and finished goods
  • Report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issuesto supervisors
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Assist with line setup, changeovers, and workflow adjustments
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support team efforts to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions and diagrams
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment

Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift

  • Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
