RBT: Starting rate of $21.40 per hour.

BT: Starting rate of $19.35 per hour.

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do

Direct Client Supportย 

  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needsย 
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skillsย ย 
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervisionย ย 
  • Track Progress &ย Maintainย Qualityย 
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accuratelyย ย 

Collaborate & Communicateย 

  • Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and familiesย ย 
  • Participatingย in team meetings and ongoing trainingย ย 

Support Operationsย 

  • Assistย with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

Requirements

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
  • Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation with valid driverโ€™s license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

  • Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

  • Behavior Technician (BT):ย Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):ย Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
  • Training availability (BT / RBT):ย Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
