Job description

Ethan's Crossing Registered Nurse Opportunity

Join the journey of hope at Ethan's Crossing. Ethan's Crossing was founded to honor the life of a young man lost to addiction. We aren't just a facility; we are a family system that understands and supports the lifelong journey of recovery. We are looking for registered nurses (RN) who want to provide more than just medical monitoring—we want team members who want to provide a serene environment for healing.

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Comprehensive health: multitude of medical plan options (Health Share & Vista Wellness), dental, and vision.
  • Investment in you: up to $15,000 in tuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness programs.
  • Work-life balance: generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Future planning: 401(k) with company contribution and life insurance.
  • Peace of mind: accident insurance, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage.

Your impact on the floor: as a night shift RN here, you are the clinical anchor of our recovery community. You will:

  • Ensure safety: oversee detox protocols and physical/behavioral assessments.
  • Lead the team: supervise shift staff to maintain a calm, therapeutic space.
  • Restore peace: administer medications accurately to support guest stability.
  • Inspire hope: provide empathetic care during the critical overnight hours.

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • New graduate RNs are welcome to apply – we provide training and mentorship!
