Grow your career with us—discover the opportunities waiting for you today!   Job Summary: The Warranty Analyst plays a key role in managing and maintaining all warranty-related accounts, with a primary focus on Caterpillar warranty claims. This position is responsible for processing, researching, and administering warranty claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines. You will act as a key liaison between internal departments, manufacturers, and customers, providing technical warranty support and helping drive operational excellence.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with Caterpillar and internal guidelines
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, denied claims, and warranty issues to maximize recovery
  • Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation, and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure proper claim documentation and submission
  • Provide technical warranty guidance and support to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor warranty claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, manufacturer, and accounting policies
  • Communicate claim status, updates, and resolutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with audits and reporting related to warranty activity
  Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • 3–5 years of related industry experience
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of corporate and manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and accounting practices
