Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Waltham, MA

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience in designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, experience working with mature design systems, and a portfolio showcasing production-quality UI work. Portfolio link must be included at the top of the resume.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality UI for web and mobile applications.
  • Work within and enhance existing design systems and component libraries.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with design leads, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews, handoff, and design QA.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Expert in Figma (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Prototyping).
  • Experience with responsive web and native mobile design.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
