Forklift Operator
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shifts: 1st shift & 2nd shift
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our warehouse operations, helping move materials safely and efficiently to keep production flowing.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Forklift Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating forklift to move, stack, and organize materials and finished products
Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles
Transporting materials to and from production areas, staging zones, and storage locations
Verifying inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Following all safety procedures and equipment protocols

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required (sit-down or stand-up)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Skills:
Safety Focus: Essential for operating equipment around people and materials
Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate material placement and inventory tracking
Teamwork & Communication: Coordinates with warehouse and production teams
