    Job description

    Job Summary

    The Replenishment Specialist is responsible for restocking primary pick bins with overstock inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment, including stand-up reach trucks. This role helps ensure the accuracy of inventory data within internal systems by comparing system records to physical inventory and identifying discrepancies, trends, and process issues. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Specialists are trained to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain a positive workplace culture while meeting performance expectations. The Replenishment Specialist reports directly to the Assistant Inventory Manager and Inventory Manager and is expected to fulfill responsibilities with precision, efficiency, and care.

    SHIFT SCHEDULE & WAGE

    • Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 
    • Starting wage is $20.00/hr and a potential of up to $0.88 in raises every 6 months
    Responsibilities
    • Complete a minimum of 10 replenishments per hour
    • Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins
    • Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members
    • Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems
    • Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts
    • Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system
    • Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product
    • Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels
    • Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location
    • Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment
    • Pick wrap/kit list for repacking items and transport completed product throughout the warehouse for put-away
    • Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
    • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
    • Abide by all company and warehouse policies 
    • Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
    Physical Requirements
    • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
    • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
    • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
    • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
    • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
    Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred
    Education
