    Waste Pro is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Container Delivery Driver to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Container Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver, replace, repair, and retrieve waste containers for residential and commercial customers while operating specialized equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards.
    What You'll Do
    • Safely operate a container delivery truck throughout assigned service areas.
    • Deliver, replace, repair, and retrieve waste containers for residential and commercial customers.
    • Operate hydraulic lifting equipment and other truck-mounted systems safely.
    • Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, and defensive driving practices.
    • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
    • Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) and other required safety documentation.
    • Inspect the vehicle, including tires, lights, fluid levels, fuel level, and undercarriage, to ensure it is safe and roadworthy.
    • Maintain accurate service reports, inspection logs, and required paperwork.
    • Provide courteous, professional customer service and answer customer questions.
    • Refer customers to Customer Service or Sales Representatives when additional assistance is needed.
    • Assist with cart deliveries, special projects, route support, community events, and other operational duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities
    • Participate in company-sponsored training programs to maintain job knowledge, safety practices, and required certifications.
    • Stay current on new technology, equipment, and operational procedures used throughout the company.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support operational and business needs.

    Qualifications
    • Valid Florida CDL Class A or Class B.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Safe driving record.
    • Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial driving practices.
    • Ability to safely operate commercial container delivery equipment.
    • Ability to work independently while following assigned routes and schedules.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

    • Previous commercial driving or waste industry experience is preferred but not required.
