Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery... the stuff dreams are made of.
    Who We Are...
When we say, "the stuff dreams are made of," we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what's next...
From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.
Warner Bros. Discovery is building the next generation of global Streaming, Studios, and Games experiences by combining world-class storytelling with cutting-edge technology. As the media landscape evolves, AI is reshaping how content is created, localized, discovered, distributed, and monetized. Warner Bros. Discovery is investing in AI capabilities to unlock new creative possibilities, accelerate operational efficiency, and drive measurable business value across the entire content ecosystem.
As the VP, Product Management - Technical (PM-T), Enterprise Content AI, you will define and lead the company's end-to-end Content AI strategy across the full content lifecycle - from production and post-production workflows to leveraging content and video understanding for personalization, localization, distribution, and monetization through marketing, advertising, and commercial experiences. You will establish and lead the Content AI Center of Excellence (CoE), shaping how AI is evaluated, prioritized, governed, and scaled across Warner Bros. Discovery's global portfolio of businesses.
This is a highly strategic, leadership role that operates at the intersection of technology, product, creative teams, and business strategy. You will partner across Studios/Theatricals, Streaming, Games, Distribution, Content Operations, Sales, and Technology organizations to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring responsible deployment aligned with legal, policy, and brand considerations. You will define when Warner Bros. Discovery builds internal capabilities versus partnering with external vendors, creating a cohesive AI technology strategy that maximizes long-term competitive advantage.
You are a transformational product leader with deep technical fluency in AI/ML and an exceptional ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences. You bring a strategic mindset, strong executive presence, and a track record of driving enterprise-scale change in complex, matrixed organizations. You understand both the creative and operational realities of media workflows and can translate emerging AI innovation into scalable, business-impacting solutions.
    Responsibilities
Enterprise Content AI Strategy & Vision
    • Define and drive Warner Bros. Discovery's enterprise Content AI strategy across the full content value chain, including creation, localization, discovery, distribution, and monetization.

    • Establish long-term AI product vision and operating model aligned with company strategy and evolving industry trends.

    • Identify transformational opportunities where AI can unlock new business models, accelerate creative workflows, and improve operational performance.

Content AI Center of Excellence Leadership
    • Lead and evolve the Content AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to accelerate value realization from AI investments across business units.

    • Provide executive leadership with prioritized AI initiatives and strategic investment recommendations.

    • Create scalable frameworks for experimentation, deployment, and measurement of AI initiatives across the enterprise.

Build / Buy / Partner Strategy
    • Develop a holistic AI technology strategy balancing internal platform development with external partnerships.

    • Evaluate emerging AI vendors, tools, and models to determine best-fit solutions across lifecycle stages.

    • Drive enterprise alignment around build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to reduce duplication and maximize leverage across teams.

Governance, Intake & Responsible AI Enablement
    • Partner with AI Governance team to accelerate intake and prioritization process that enables faster testing and deployment of high-impact AI use cases.

    • Partner closely with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and Security teams to define AI governance frameworks and operational guardrails.

    • Ensure responsible AI adoption by proactively identifying legal, ethical, and creative risks while enabling innovation velocity.

    Cross-Functional Executive Leadership
    • Serve as the connective leader across engineering, data science, product, creative, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.

    • Influence senior leadership across multiple business units to align priorities, funding, and resource allocation.

    • Communicate complex AI strategy and technical decisions clearly to executive audiences, translating technology into business outcomes.

    Operational Excellence & Impact Measurement
    • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate AI impact across efficiency, engagement, creative enablement, and monetization.

    • Establish best practices, shared tooling, and reusable capabilities that accelerate adoption across teams.

    • Build a culture of learning and knowledge sharing, enabling teams across Warner Bros. Discovery to effectively deploy AI solutions.

    Requirements
    • 12+ years of experience leading technical product strategy and execution, including significant leadership experience at enterprise scale.

    • Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical application across complex product ecosystems.

    • Demonstrated experience shaping enterprise technology strategy and driving organizational transformation.

    • Strong understanding of media and entertainment workflows, including content creation, localization, personalization, distribution, or monetization ecosystems.

    • Proven track record of defining and executing build vs. buy vs. partner strategies involving external vendors and emerging technologies.

    • Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence across senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Experience establishing governance models, Centers of Excellence, or operating frameworks for emerging technologies.
