Radiology / Cardiology – Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)
Work Type: Contract
Positions: 1
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Shift Details
• Shift: Day Shift
• Timing: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Rotating day off)
• Call Requirement:
This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced procedural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Procedures
• Perform interventional radiology procedures under physician supervision
• Assist in image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Equipment & Technology
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging systems
• Ensure proper functioning of all radiology equipment
Patient Care & Safety
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Monitor patient condition during procedures
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
Documentation & Records
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Utilize EPIC EMR system (preferred)
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of Interventional Radiology experience
• ARRT Certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• Experience operating Siemens equipment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Experience in hospital-based IR departments
• Strong procedural and patient care skills
