Job description

Precise Personnel is now hiring in the city of Duarte for second shift.

The Quality Control Associate plays a critical role within the Quality Team, focusing on routine quality checks to ensure products meet established standards. This standalone position involves detailed inspection, data management, and collaboration to maintain compliance and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality inspections and checks on products
  • Record inspection data accurately and generate detailed reports
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Analyze defects to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Verify adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements
  • Manage quality documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Implement and track corrective actions to resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support quality initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in quality control
  • Pass background check and E-Verify
  • Associate degree in Quality Assurance or related field
  • Experience with quality inspection and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Familiarity with ISO Standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
