Job Summary
Uniform Advantage is hiring a Part-Time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening and closing the store, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and customer support.
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations
  • Operate POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
  • Maintain store organization, stocking, and visual merchandising
  • Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays
  • Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods
  • Assist with occasional offsite retail events (pop-ups)

Pay & Schedule
  • $15.50/hour starting pay
  • Part-time: 15 hours per week, working weekends
  • Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Qualifications
  • Retail sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18+
  • Must pass background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test

Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Lift up to 40 lbs
  • Bend, reach, climb, and move merchandise as needed
