Job description

The UPS Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and alignment with UPS brand standards. This role manages a medium-sized team, focusing on operational efficiency and sales growth within a single store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6-15 staff members.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns.
  • Drive sales growth through effective store management.
  • Maintain compliance with UPS brand standards and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee daily store operations using the proprietary UPS Store system.
  • Train and develop staff to meet performance goals.
  • Manage inventory and control operational costs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current or past experience as a shift supervisor or manager at a UPS Store.
