Job description

  • Upper Valley Services is a person-centered program.
  • Service Coordinators meet at least monthly with the shared living provider and participant in their home to support and manage various aspects of the state-required expectations to ensure a healthy environment that meets the participant’s goals and needs.
  • Mix of field work and main office in Randolph.
  • Background checks are required
  • Must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Generous benefits, holiday schedule and compensation package
  • Thorough initial and ongoing training for Service Coordinators
  • M-F 8am-4pm and occasional evening or weekend availability
  • College degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
