Requirements:

Maitrise ou doctorat en travail social ou dans une discipline connexe. Experience d'enseignement universitaire au 2ecycle, un atout. Connaissance des processus de recherche et d'intervention aupres des femmes en milieu professionnel. Connaissance des politiques et des pratiques sociales entourant les femmes en matiere d'emploi.
