As a Security Officer Patrol Screening in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support visitors and staff through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and other security-related duties at a government location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or appropriate personnel when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, document daily activity and/or incident details, and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a DD214 with honorable discharge or an associate degree or 60 college credits or a police academy certificate or a corrections academy certificate.
  • A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
