Job description

Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager!

About Us

At Energy Worldnet (EWN), we deliver innovative technology solutions that empower our clients and support the future of the energy industry. Our SaaS platform helps organizations operate more safely, efficiently, and compliantly.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes of an assigned product portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys making difficult prioritization decisions, and is passionate about building products that create measurable customer and business value.

The Senior Product Manager operates as an AI‑native product leader. They are fluent in modern AI tools across discovery, prototyping, narrative, analysis, and delivery, and they use that fluency to expand their own leverage and model modern product practices across the organization.

If you're passionate about solving meaningful customer problems, driving business outcomes, and shaping the future of SaaS products through modern product management and AI‑enabled workflows, we'd love to hear from you!

Relocation & On‑Site Requirements

This is a hybrid role that requires regular onsite collaboration and occasional client visits. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision‑making, and business outcomes. Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas. Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is considered an essential function of this role.

We do not support employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H‑1B visa).

  • Five (5) or more years of product management experience with ownership of strategic product initiatives
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadership

  • Strong customer discovery and product strategy capabilities
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision‑making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions for B2B SaaS products
  • Experience using AI‑assisted product tools such as Lovable, v0, Cursor, or similar platforms
