What You'll Doย
We'reย looking for a talented and passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Typeface's suite of agentic and generative AI products. In this role,ย you'llย be the connective tissue between product, sales, and marketing, translating complex AI capabilities into crisp, differentiated narratives that win the world's most sophisticated enterprise buyers.ย
You'llย partner closely with product leadership to shape the roadmap, runย majorย launches end-to-end, enable our enterprise sales team, and serve as the voice of the customer inside Typeface. As a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity,ย you'llย setย strategy and shipย high-impactย work,ย determiningย product messaging, briefing analysts, buildingย sales materials,ย leading webinars, all whileย testingย andย iterating based onย what'sย actually movingย deals.ย
How You'll Make Impactย
- Product Positioning & Messaging:ย Own the positioning, narrative, and messaging architecture for Typeface,ย translating capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with marketing, creative and IT leaders.ย
- Launches That Land:ย Lead end-to-end product launches acrossย agentic featuresย and products,ย fromย launchย tier strategyย to naming and pricing inputs,ย guidingย content,ย marketing tactics,ย customer comms, and post-launch measurement.ย
- Sales Enablement for Enterprise Motion:ย Equip our enterprise sales team to winย withย pitch decks,ย industryย narratives, competitive battlecards,ย case studies and customer proofย tailored to a complex, multi-stakeholder sale.ย
- Voice of the Customer:ย Sit in on customer calls, run win/loss interviews, and feed structured insights back into product strategy and messaging - closing the loop between what enterprise buyers say and what we ship.ย
- Product Partnership:ย Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product leadership and PMs as a true thought partner,ย pressure-testing features, prototyping messaging early, beta-testing new releases, and using your own POV to shape what gets built and how it shows up.ย
- Competitive & Market Intelligence:ย Maintainย a sharp, current view of the agentic AI and marketing technologyย landscape and turn it into actionable guidance for product, sales, and leadership.ย
What You'll Bringย
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for direct experience supporting an enterprise sales motion.ย
- Demonstrated experience launching agentic and/or generative AI products -ย you'veย shipped messaging and GTM for AI-native capabilities and can speak credibly about agents, models, and the realities of selling AI into the enterprise.ย
- Start-up DNA:ย you'veย thrived in early-stage or fast-scaling environments, have a real can-do attitude, and genuinely enjoy building from scratch andย operatingย in ambiguity.ย ย
- Deep experience partnering with product leadership and PMs, paired with a genuine passion for testing and iterating on products and features.ย You'reย hands-on with the product, opinionated about it, and rigorous aboutย validatingย what's working.ย
- Excellent writer and storyteller:ย you'reย an expert atย turningย dense technical capability into a clean, compelling narrative.ย
- Bias to action, high ownership, andย a trackย recordย of running cross-functional launches.ย
- Based in (or willing toย relocateย to) the Palo Alto, CA or Bellevue, WA area, with the ability to work onsite from one of ourย offices.ย
Base Salary
The compensation range for this role is $140,000-$170,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
