Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive revenue growth through strategic IT services sales, leveraging a suite of technology offerings to solve complex business challenges across multiple industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic IT services sales
โ€ข Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas
โ€ข Develop comprehensive account strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and expand market share
โ€ข Conduct effective discovery sessions to identify technology gaps and business requirements
โ€ข Architect compelling IT solutions that align with client business objectives
โ€ข Create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI
โ€ข Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable
โ€ข Navigate complex procurement processes and contract negotiations
โ€ข Own territory development through systematic prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities
โ€ข Manage existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
โ€ข Build C-level relationships with key decision-makers and IT stakeholders
โ€ข Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
โ€ข Stay current on IT industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
โ€ข Understand vertical market challenges and how IT solutions address specific industry needs
โ€ข Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
โ€ข Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and service development
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of proven B2B technology sales success with demonstrated quota achievement
โ€ข Experience selling complex IT services including managed services, cloud solutions, or infrastructure
โ€ข Track record of managing sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure
โ€ข Experience with enterprise-level accounts and multi-stakeholder decision processes
โ€ข Strong understanding of IT services landscape including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services
โ€ข Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
โ€ข Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
โ€ข Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities
โ€ข Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
โ€ข Industry vertical experience in entertainment, staffing, legal, government, finance, education, or events
โ€ข Background in managed service provider (MSP) or value-added reseller (VAR) environments
โ€ข Technical certifications or education in IT-related fields
โ€ข Experience with consultative selling methodologies
