- Setting up and operating various rubber fabricating equipment.
- Running equipment such as injection molders, splicers, cutters, tapers, saws, and stampers.
- Mounting molds, tools, and fixtures, making final settings, and selecting the sequence of operations.
- Checking parts for quality at the first piece and periodically, making necessary adjustments.
- Operating multiple units based on load and cycles.
- Working with injection molding machines.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks.
