Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in patient evaluations and treatment plans.

  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities under supervision.

  • Adhere to clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

  • Document patient progress and update treatment notes in EMR system.

  • Monitor patient response and report safety concerns promptly.

  • Coordinate with therapists to adjust care plans based on progress metrics.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development and obtain relevant certifications.

  • Assist with patient transportation, positioning, and equipment setup.

  • Support growth by identifying opportunities to expand patient reach and referrals.

  • Participate in team meetings to align on targets and performance pipelines.

  • Attend on-site patient sessions with punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, organize supplies, and ensure hygenic practices.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) per state regulations.

  • Assist in patient evaluations and contribute to treatment plans under supervision.

  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities following protocols.

  • Monitor patient responses and report safety concerns promptly.

  • Compliance with clinic policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

  • Accurate documentation of progress in EMR with timely updates.

  • Coordinate care plan adjustments with therapists based on progress metrics.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development and obtain relevant certifications.

  • Demonstrate accountability for personal performance while contributing to a high-measurement culture.

  • Assist with patient transportation, positioning, and equipment setup.

  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities for referrals and outreach.

  • Attend on-site sessions with punctuality and consistent attendance.

  • Participate in team meetings to align on targets, pipelines, and performance.

  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygienic practices; organize supplies.
