With a 6-on / 8-off schedule, you'll have extended time off to recharge, travel, or focus on what matters most while working alongside a collaborative clinical team that values your expertise. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in caring for patients with complex cardiopulmonary conditions, delivering life-sustaining therapies and ensuring the highest standard of care. What you will be doing:
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilatory support, responding quickly to changes in condition
- Perform detailed patient assessments, evaluating both physical and mental status
- Anticipate patient needs and proactively collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery
