About the Role

At TD SYNNEX, we're passionate about empowering our partners and driving growth across the global IT ecosystem. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) I, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting vendor initiatives, and enabling partner success.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to grow in technology sales, business development, and vendor management. What You'll Do
  • Build & nurture customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
  • Drive vendor and sales initiatives that support business growth and align with strategic goals
  • Support partner enablement programs, helping partners understand solutions, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop product and market expertise across vendor portfolios, staying current on industry trends and competitive positioning
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet vendor KPIs and revenue targets
  • Participate in account planning activities to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts
  • Accurately track and report pipeline activity using CRM and internal tools
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including vendor-led programs and certifications
What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, curious, and collaborative individuals who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related field
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and pipeline development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); exposure to Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial notebooks, desktops, or IT hardware solutions
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Canadian), including written and verbal communication
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience,educationand skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time ofoffer.

Hiring SalaryRange: $63,900 - $68,750 CAD

  • Etablir et entretenir des relations clients en agissant comme point de contact privilegie, en assurant leur satisfaction et en repondant a leurs demandes rapidement
  • Soutenir les initiatives des fournisseurs et des ventes afin de favoriser la croissance des affaires et l'atteinte des objectifs strategiques
  • Appuyer les programmes d'habilitation des partenaires, en les aidant a comprendre les solutions, promotions et strategies de mise en marche
  • Developper une expertise des produits et du marche a travers les portefeuilles fournisseurs, en restant a jour sur les tendances de l'industrie et la concurrence
  • Gerer et faire croitre le pipeline des ventes, incluant la generation de leads, la qualification et la progression des opportunites dans le cycle de vente
  • Collaborer de facon interfonctionnelle avec les equipes de ventes, marketing et operations pour atteindre les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) et les objectifs de revenus
  • Participer aux activites de planification des comptes afin d'identifier des opportunites de croissance chez les clients
  • Suivre et rapporter avec precision les activites du pipeline a l'aide des outils CRM et internes
  • Participer a des formations continues et au developpement professionnel, incluant des programmes et certifications offerts par les fournisseurs

Qualifications requises :

  • 1 a 3 ans d'experience en vente, developpement des affaires, reussite client ou domaine connexe
  • Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires ou experience professionnelle equivalente
  • Comprehension de base des processus de vente, de la gestion de la relation client (CRM) et du developpement du pipeline
  • Excellentes habiletes en communication et relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacite de collaborer avec des equipes diversifiees
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  • Maitrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); la connaissance de Power BI est un atout
  • Capacite d'apprentissage rapide et d'adaptation dans un environnement dynamique

Qualifications privilegiees :

  • Experience avec les ordinateurs portables commerciaux, ordinateurs de bureau ou solutions materielles TI
