    Job description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for supporting our organization's technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our systems.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

    • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.

    • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system integrity.

    • Manage IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and lifecycle management.

    • Collaborate with vendors and external service providers for specialized IT needs.

    • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and upgrades.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in an IT support or analyst role.

    • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network protocols.

    • Proficiency with database management and SQL is a plus.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for user support and team collaboration.

    • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified) are preferred.
