    Job description

    SupportFinity is seeking experienced professionals in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales for a unique advisory role. This is not a full-time or part-time position, but an opportunity to contribute strategic insights and become a valued partner.

    • Assist in identifying and engaging potential strategic partners or customers.

    • Share market intelligence and competitive insights to inform our product roadmap.

    • Provide strategic guidance on recruitment technology and talent acquisition best practices.

    • Offer insights to enhance SupportFinity's platform features and user experience.

    • Actively promote SupportFinity within your professional network and to potential clients.

    • Contribute innovative ideas to align our technology with market needs.


    Qualifications
    • Proven track record in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales leadership.

    • Deep understanding of current recruitment technologies and talent market trends.

    • Exceptional communication and networking skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to generate new business or strategic opportunities.

    • Experience in advising or consulting roles is a plus.

    • Passion for innovation and contributing to a growing technology platform.

    • Existing network within the HR tech or SaaS sales community is highly desirable.
