Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including thorough mental status examinations, to determine each client's unique mental health needs.
• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring they align with the individual goals and identified needs of clients.
• Facilitate various therapy modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, providing evidence-based strategies such as problem-solving, role-playing, and psychoeducation.
• Utilize electronic health records to meticulously document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Engage in consistent collaboration with referral sources and fellow clinical team members to promote holistic and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• An active Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) is essential for this position.
• Minimum of three to four years of professional experience in the mental health field demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• All candidates must reside in Washington State, providing them the ability to connect with a local patient base effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering telehealth services and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
